Unlock your mind: The BEGIN step-by-step guide

Step one: The oral recording of BEGIN

To start, open an oral recording in your brain with the words "3, 2, 1." Then, say "BEGIN" as many times as you can. Continue until the word becomes meaningless or starts to mean something else. This process exhausts all other memories of its use, making it a perfect choice of words to begin your customized memory tool. Later, you can cut it back to seven repetitions, but for now, immerse yourself fully in this step.

Step two: Solidify your identity

After you've exhausted the word "BEGIN," immediately say your name and whatever numbers identify with you. This could be your phone number, your favorite lottery numbers, birthdays, or any other significant numerical sequence. This step will solidify you and who you are, as opposed to the brain's way of remembering "you" as just any person who likes to be called "you." This personalization makes the memory tool uniquely yours.

Step three: The oral recording of END

As soon as you're done with your statement to be remembered (your name, numbers, etc.), say the word "END" as many times as possible until it once again runs out of meaning. In later episodes, you can limit this to only seven repetitions, but for now, open it up completely. Think of this as the password to a new computer; it's crucial you do it this way to establish a clear mental boundary and cement your new memory tool. The brain has a way of remembering other people and not you requesting to be called  "me" this is the master password for your start version of your version of  "me"
