1) ONCE THE SEGMENT IS DONE, THE SEGMENT IS DONE.
This means exactly what it sounds like.
I am not Netflix.
There is no replay button.
There is no “my dog ate my module.”
Training is designed to be permanent the first and last time.
2) ATTENDANCE IS PART OF THE CONTRACT.
If you sign up, you show up.
If you don’t show up, the class still happens.
If half your team disappears like a bad magic trick, I will train the half that remains.
Homework may be assigned.
Your wallet does not get a refund because your schedule fell into a volcano.
3) CHILDREN OR PEOPLE UNDER 19 CANNOT ATTEND.
Let’s hammer this down for the helicopter parents circling overhead like rescue choppers looking for a problem that isn’t there:
This is NOT because the content is “adult.”
This is NOT because the training is “inappropriate.”
This is NOT because I’m running something weird, shady, or perverted.
This is NOT a secret underground dojo of forbidden knowledge.
This is because the modules require adult‑level honesty, emotional regulation, and decision‑making.
Kids cannot do that.
Society will not allow that.
And I will not pretend otherwise to soothe a parent’s fantasy.
If parents want their kids trained, the rate is the same as a 4‑person team.
And since kids cannot attend, they will always be unable to make it.
This is the same rule as a 4‑person team where two people don’t show up:
The team is still billed as a 4‑person team, and I train whoever is actually in the room.
Supplementation is the same whether it’s a missing adult or a non‑attending child.
4) YOU ARE PAYING FOR MY TIME, NOT YOUR HEADCOUNT.
I HAVE SPECIAL DISCOUNT RATES FOR LARGER GROUPS BUT AT SOME POINT MY TIME IS RENTED FOR THIS TO WORK THERE IS A TIPPING POINT WHERE I WILL HAVE TO DO MORE FOR MORE PEOPLE AS THE SIZE OF A CLASS GETS LARGER.
4-5 PEOPLE IS AN AVERAGE GROUP 2-3 IS IDEAL MAKING ME THE FOURTH ELEMENT.
SO BULK RATES DONT REALLY APPLY.
The rate does not change because:
- someone overslept
- someone forgot
- someone’s cousin needed a ride
- someone’s kid had soccer
- someone’s inner child had a meltdown
- someone’s helicopter parent wanted “just a peek”
My time determines the price.
Not your attendance.
Not your excuses.
Not your family logistics.
5) PARENTS WHO TRY TO DIY MY ADULT MODULES FOR THEIR KIDS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTCOME.
I am not responsible for:
- their shortcuts
- their misunderstandings
- their misapplication
- their expectations
- their disappointment
Parents receive parent scripts, not adult modules.
If they try to run “Business Tycoon” or “Impulse Literacy” on a 13‑year‑old, that is their choice and their consequence.
Not my circus.
Not my monkeys.
6) THE CRAFT REQUIRES ADULTS.
Adult modules require:
candor, calibration, emotional load, precision, and adult‑level self‑regulation.
Kids cannot meet these requirements.
Parents cannot helicopter their way around this.
Therefore, the boundary stands.
7) SUMMARY FOR ANYONE STILL CONFUSED
ADULT MODULES ARE FOR ADULTS.
PARENTS GET PG‑SAFE SCRIPTS.
IF YOU WANT TRAINING THAT INVOLVES CHILDREN, IT IS BILLED AS A 4‑PERSON TEAM.
IF TWO MEMBERS OF A 4‑PERSON TEAM DON’T SHOW UP, IT IS STILL BILLED AS A 4‑PERSON TEAM.
THE ATTENDEES RECEIVE SUPPLEMENTATION.
THE SAME RULE APPLIES TO CHILDREN WHO CANNOT ATTEND.
MY TIME SETS THE PRICE.
NOT THE AGES.
NOT THE EXCUSES.
NOT THE ABSENCES.
NOT THE HELICOPTER PARENT FANTASY OF “ADVANCED ADULT TRAINING FOR MY CHILD WITHOUT THE ADULT RESPONSIBILITY.”
Some mild examples are provided to help you understand the sensitivities of people who haven’t yet developed a thick skin to do what’s needed.
These issues clash with global hunger concerns, creating a tone recognized by Signs of Minds pilots as a direct cause-and-effect, like a butterfly effect toggle system in its mortality version.
PG VERSION (Parent‑Friendly, Gentle, Empathic)
“Mom, someone somewhere might not have enough food because I took more than I needed. I want to be thoughtful about how my choices affect others. I know sometimes life is unfair and some people are in harder situations. I’m learning to be at peace with what I can’t control, and to help where I can.”
“Yes honey, that’s very mature of you. If you want, we can donate extra food or help with a youth food drive. Every little bit helps.”
The SOM pilot has to deal every day with the direct cause-and-effect reality, carrying the guilt for the horrors of the world in a constantly shifting environment. I don’t think most regular people are ready for the transformation they’ll experience when they realize that everything they do determines who lives and who dies. This , Parents, when it comes to children is what you will be teaching .
Can you feel the severity of the for knowledge and responsibility?
I do -Trainer Francis
ADULT VERSION (Blunt, Realistic, No Illusions)
“People die every day. We live in a competitive world where resources aren’t evenly distributed. I can do my part, but I also accept that the law of averages and global systems decide outcomes bigger than me. That said, I’m raising funds to support nutrition awareness and help communities affected by political instability and food scarcity.”
The SOM pilot has to deal every day with the direct cause-and-effect reality, carrying the guilt for the horrors of the world in a constantly shifting environment. The signsofminds pilot can as a group control who is born and who is'nt . Who dies and who doesn't
The for knowledge alone is an eye opener and a liability generation effect.
I don’t think most regular people are ready for the transformation they’ll experience when they realize that everything they do determines who lives and who dies.
Can you feel the severity of the for knowledge and responsibility?
I do -Trainer Francis
You know that test where people have to choose between saving one person on a track because they’re considered more valuable than four others who aren’t? This feels exactly like that, only it’s happening all around you, and you’d have to be like a saint to handle it.
The SOM Pilot has lots of these train track moments to deal with. -Trainer Francis

SAMPLE SET 2 — FAILURE
PG VERSION
“It’s okay to fall down. Everyone does. What matters is getting back up and trying again.”
ADULT VERSION
“Failure is data. If you don’t learn from it, you’ll repeat it. Adjust or get crushed by the same pattern twice.”
SAMPLE SET 3 — EFFORT
PG VERSION
“Doing your best helps you grow. Every little bit of effort makes you stronger.”
ADULT VERSION
“Effort is the entry fee. If you’re not willing to put in the work, you don’t get the results.”
SAMPLE SET 4 — FAIRNESS
PG VERSION
“Life isn’t always fair, but we can still choose to be kind and help others.”
ADULT VERSION
“Fairness is a luxury. Systems aren’t built to be fair — they’re built to function. Navigate them or get eaten by them.”
SAMPLE SET 5 — RESOURCES
PG VERSION
“We share what we can, and we try to make sure everyone has enough.”
ADULT VERSION
“Resources are limited. Allocation is strategic. If you don’t manage your share, someone else will manage it for you.”
SAMPLE SET 6 — EMOTIONAL REGULATION
PG VERSION
“It’s okay to feel upset. Take a breath, calm down, and talk about it.”
ADULT VERSION
“Your emotions are your responsibility. If you can’t regulate them, they’ll regulate you.”
SAMPLE SET 7 — COMMUNITY
PG VERSION
“We help each other because we’re all part of the same community.”
ADULT VERSION
“Community is a network of mutual benefit. Contribute or be irrelevant.”
SAMPLE SET 8 — SURVIVAL / COMPETITION
PG VERSION
“Everyone has different challenges. We do our best to help others and make thoughtful choices.”
ADULT VERSION
“Life is competitive. Some people are in tighter spots than others. You can help where you can, but you can’t carry the whole world.”
